He is an American author who’s written five books on diet and health. He held executive and director position for technology companies including trend micro, blue coat system and citrix system.

He is developed a Bulletproof Coffee after travelling to Tibet and experiments on him with yak-butter drinks. He written to United States and experimented with butter drinks recipes and publish the preparation for his buttered coffee drinks on his blogs in 2009. Mr. Asprey concluded Bulletproof Coffee increase your IQ score by more than 20 times.

What is Bulletproof Coffee?

It is Coffee which you drink at morning. Basically, it is used for breakfast or meal replacement. It’s contains coffee powder which is made from toxins free coffee beans. Step 1: Take 2 tablespoon of coffee powder and add 200 ml hot water, stir and cover for 2
Step 2: After 2 minutes add this black coffee into the blender jar.
Step 3: Add 1 tablespoon of grass fed butter and 2 tablespoon MCT oil. Blend this for 30-40 sec
and pour blending Bulletproof Coffee into your serving coffee mug.
